We may, from time to time, amend them. In this case, we will post the new terms here.
Rates
All rates are based upon two adults sharing a double or twin room for one night or for one person in a single room.
All prices are fully inclusive of full English breakfast and VAT at the rate prevailing.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Any other incidentals during your stay can be charged to your room and paid for on departure.
Please note that rates can change according to supply and demand. Once a reservation has been made the agreed rate is not transferable to other offers or rates.
The deposit of £60 is non-refundable in any event.

- All bookings on this offer must be paid for in full when booking and are not cancellable.
- The Baileys Hot Chocolate and Brownie may be switched out for a Cream Tea for those of you who would prefer.
- The room upgrade is of course subject to availability on the day of arrival and you will not be informed of until check-in. We apologise if this is not available for the date(s) of your stay.
- Your Christmas Present will be given to you on departure at Reception.
- The free Starter and Pudding is conditional upon purchasing a main course from our evening menu. The value of any dishes not taken cannot be used towards other items. Our Cheeseboard is a separate menu and not part of our pudding choice.
- The 25% off a January stay must be confirmed at reception and a deposit paid whilst onsite. Any other offers currently available cannot be combined with this offer.
